New Holstice System

The New Holstice system is relatively empty, home to the planet of the same name and a single star. The system itself however is in a central position within the Maldrood sector and receives large amounts of through traffic, and is a frequent outpost for the slower transport vessels running through Commonwealth space.

New Holstice is an idylic planet which has numerous oceans, forests, jungles, and swamps which are home to many unique flora and fauna. Most notable of which are the "memory moths", rumoured to live eternally, the people of New Holstic release one into a giant cylindrical memorial for each fallen Jedi. New Holstice has a bustling economy with production and mining supporting bustling tourism and trade industries. Although not one of the busiest planets in the Commonwealth, that's how the locals like it, and through strict environmental regulations and careful management of the ecosystem the planet's natural beauty has been preserved. |
