A large and fertile planet, it has been shielded to protect its peaceful denizens from piracy and other threats. The planet is famous throughout the galaxy for its wildlife, which has been known to draw scientific expeditions to study the native species, largely because many provide medical bonuses to various races.

A rather desolate planet, most of it is uninhabitable, with many areas being harsh glaciers or volcanic mountain ranges. The planet has limited resources, and the main reason people choose to live here is for the privacy and isolation yet still gaining benefits from being protected citizens of the Commonwealth.

Maltorian III is an aquatic planet, entirely covered in oceans. Beneath the massive ocean however is a wide variety of useful materials which are mined through the use of specially designed submersibles.

This planet is a gas giant which makes it relatively difficult to colonise. Any inhabitats are dependant upon technological assistance. Most who live here are within the Tibanna Gas mining industry, and make their living exporting it to the local colonies.

Based upon the vastly successful Tokmir project, Maltorian V was planned to house the quickly expanding population of the Commonwealth. Ever since the end of the tyrannical reign of Wilhelm von Ismay and the wars with the Mandalorian, Tionese, and Krath peoples, the Commonwealth has experienced a baby boom as vast numbers of once terrified couples finally feel safe to settle down and start their families. Maltorian V features many improvements upon her sister planet, including more widespread security and planetary defences, enhanced utility services, and stylish modern architecture based upon the most highly desired properties available across the known galaxy.
