A close friend of Queen Keishi Miahr, Raptor Cardel was asked to assume the position of Administrator for Starypan/Sunhui space works, after a period of slow financial growth and a downward economy. It was hoped Raptor Cardel, with his youthful vigor and incredible charm, would be able to turn around the tides of the company. Raptor Cardel assumed the reigns of command, and from the very first day had his work cut out for him. His first day back on the job, he was told the entire factory and shipyard Starypan/SunHui work force had quit over missed wages, and had walked off the job.

Raptor worked tirelessly to secure new contracts with local systems. He was the first administrator to employ "Equal Opportunities for all" - Offering fair entry into his work force for Female Engineers and laborers.

Within just a short few months, Raptor Cardel had revolutionized the Ordint Sector. Over 20 Oribital shipyards were active and producing ships for the Commonwealth. Multiple owed debts had been re-payed, and previous orders fulfilled. Raptor Cardel personally commissioned many new shipyards within the Ordint Sector, Including 3 Shipyard IV Class stations, and 2 Shipyard III Class Stations. In total, Cardel produced hundreds of different ships under his direct command.

Raptor Cardel managed the company competently for almost a year, founding new cities, creating mines and thousands of jobs for the local economy. However, his physical and mental health took a turn for the worst, and he was forced to resign his position after an extended leave of absence, where he was unable to recuperate and recover in time to return to duty. After nearly a year of extensive physical therapy, and at the hands of a Master Jedi and healer, Raptor Cardel was able to resume light duty for Starypan/Sunhui, working a long side other members in production and low level administration within the company. He continues to be an essential part of the culture, and team of Starypan and Sunhui.
