Minister Cyril Xanthe

The Ministry of State is responsible for the administration of the Commonwealth's diplomatic missions, and serves as the official and public voice of the citizenry and Crown when required to do so. Its servants are patient, cunning, and support the ideal that peace is the most noble, and often most difficult, goal of a government.

The Ministry of State upholds the values of the Commonwealth in each interaction, and is always willing to listen, to converse, and to lend the aid of the government to those in need. Without their keen abilities to navigate galactic politics, the Commonwealth would not enjoy its stability and peace, finally found after years of conflict.

In addition to its diplomatic roles, the Ministry also assists the Chancellor, advising him on matters of law, statecraft, and the administration of the government.

Under the guidance of Minister Cyril Xanthe, the Ministry of State leads the Commonwealth's presence outside its territories, and its agents, from the lowest duty officers to the highest of ambassadors, must first receive Royal approval before being assigned.

Should any sentient, as a representative of a larger organization or of their own volition, wish to address the Commonwealth they should first seek out the emissary assigned. If no diplomat has been assigned to the organization, or is available, they may converse with the Minister of State directly.
