Although the actual command structure of the company varies due to demand and skills available, it is usually at the very least ran by an Administrator, their Assistant Administrator, and possible department leaders as appropriate.

Zack Arsono revolutionised the company with the aid of his friend Azarin Isard, and together they produced thousands of droids to meet prior obligations. They closed pre-orders and ended datacard rental in order to focus on sale of completed, quality checked, droids which could be delivered to the customer immediately.

Although initially the end of pre-orders and datacard sales was unpopular among resellers hoping to make a profit from Cerberus Corporation's priceless designs, the final customers appreciated the improved service which enabled Cerberus to ensure every droid delivered to the customer was of the highest quality, without faults, and ready to serve their masters for the years to come.

Kaleb used his military expertise to increase discipline in the production process, reducing casting errors, and further improve efficiency. Although he had not spent as much time in the role as some of the others, his contributions continue to be beneficial to the day to day workings of this company.

Taarn Star held for position for a very long time, during which he also held the role of Logistics Director for the Anzatan Commonwealth. Using Cerberus Corporation's expert pilots he managed to streamline logistics efforts so that outbound deliveries of droids incorporated collection of Commonwealth assets along the return journey.
