The leadership of Anzatan Resource Extractions is entrusted with running the company as per the directions issued by the Treasury. Although the actual command structure of the company varies due to demand and skills available, it is usually at the very least ran by an Administrator, their Assistant Administrator, and possible department leaders as appropriate.

One of the first leaders to bring the company up to Commonwealth standards, Tingo's contributions were so impressive they later earned him a seat on the Privy Council. His vast advancements with both prospecting and mining efforts laid the foundations for years of Commonwealth economic growth.

A notable leader, he stepped up as a temporary leader of the faction while the current leader, Azarin Isard, was required for government duties within the Commonwealth. During his time here he also shared his wealth of experience within the fields of planetary development and strip mining.
